    Well I don't think I'm going to quite make it but I didn't realize how much stuff I do that I can't really track. Going to try and get in a jog after work and will be going to the gym in the morning so hopefully I will be able to at least get another 5 miles in and be close...

    Disappointing month with just 743 miles ridden. No option though, need to stay off another week or two to completely clear this damn flu-virus….then it’s catch-up time to hit 10,000 to 12,000 for the year.
