30 day squat challenge

So hi everyone just found this 30 day squat challenge and was wondering if anyone wants to join me :flowerforyou: in getting a nice firm booty starting the first of march. Open to anyone . It goes like this :

START DATE: MARCH 1st

Day 1-50 squats
Day 2-55 squats
Day 3-60 squats
Day 4-Rest
Day 5-70 squats
Day 6-75 squats
Day 7-80 squats
Day 8-Rest
Day 9-100 squats
Day 10-105 squats
Day 11-110 squats
Day 12-Rest
Day 13-130 squats
Day 14-135 squats
Day 15- 140 squats
Day 16-Rest
Day 17-150 squats
Day 18- 155 squats
Day 19- 160 squats
Day 20-Rest
Day 21- 180 squats
Day 22- 185 squats
Day 23- 190 squats
Day 24-Rest
Day 25- 220 squats
Day 26- 225 squats
Day 27- 230 squats
Day 28-Rest
Day 29- 240 squats
Day 30- 250 squats


Post day & squats completed each day, eg. Day 1 - 50 squats - complete .

    What is the purpose of doing so many and doing them 3 days in a row. Makes more sense and is better for your muscles to do fewer w/weights every other day.
    I know it sounds good to do so many and increase them but it isn't the best way. Good luck, though.

  • I'm in. I'll give it a go. If you have to modify that's OK you are still better off then not doing any.
  • March 1st the 30 day challenge begins.

    anyone can do squats, just do as much as your body would let you ( don't over work), also you could do an easier version of a squat by not going as deep into it. If you still aren't sure you could seek medical or professional advice. hope this helps

    anyone can do squats, just do as much as your body would let you ( don't over work), also you could do an easier version of a squat by not going as deep into it. If you still aren't sure you could seek medical or professional advice. hope this helps

    I've done this before and noticed a HUGE boost in my balance issues from my stronger thighs and lower back, etc. I am in!

    I am soo in!! I need to get rid of this white girl pant lag i have in the back lol I do my squats with weights but I'll still try to hit the number you have here :-) Today I hit 45 so I will just have to squat a bit longer

    lol well i'm doing it to tone my butt not necessarily make it bigger. All depends on what you want my love :wink:
