    I have been MIA! No excuses, just life happening. My father-in law was in hospital for 8 days on a respirator, almost died, and then my kitchen renovation that I have been trying to get done for the past year finally started last week! But I have been able to log some miles. I hope to do better next month :ohwell:

    I've got 3 miles to add from yesterday and 3.4 to add from today, taking my total for the month up to 83 miles. Quite a way short of my goal, but hopefully March will be a better month!

    8 miles ran tonight and 1/4 mile walk for cool down.

    I didn't meet my goal but I sure gave it a good run....especially considering I was out the first 8 days of the month with a hip injury.
