    where can i find the group on here? i bought the dvd then gave it away cuz i never used it now im kickin myself for it cuz im wanting to try it. maybe since everyone here is wanting to do it it will help me stay up on it. Im really bad about starting one and givin up couple days into maybe thats why ive only lost 5 lbs.

    Day 1 down. I took it slow and steady due to a shoulder injury. But the shoulder felt good so maybe I'll take it up a notch for tomorrow.
