Holy cow!! I knew I was outta shape but whoa! Thought I was gonna collapse! But u know what they say..."No pain, no gain". I'll actually be disappointed if I'm NOT sore tomorrow. Then I'll just have to push a little harder.0

Go to YouTube and search 30 day Shred Level 1. Do L1 for 10 days, L2 for 10 days, same with L3. Today was my first day. It's quite a workout!0
