I've got a little contest going with some of my friends to lose 10 pounds this month so doing this 5 will help me with that as well! I need the encouragement!

Just for fun: What new fitness exercise or event are you going to do this month? I just started with a trainer so I have a whole set of things to do but I'm going to either do a 5k the end of the month or a zumba class.0 -

Just for fun: I was going to add burpees but I'm so busy that I'm super tired and can't get around to it. SO I'm just going to make sure I'm running 3 times a week and biking at least once a week. Did that last weekend and it was long and tortuous but a lot of fun!0 -
