    Nike Training Club, 30 minutes of legs and butt, 20 minutes of kickboxing, and took my dogs for a 1.25 mile walk.

    This morning I did Turbo Jam - 50 min 387 cal (included 6 min spinning), then this evening I plan on doing Zumba Activate!

    Zumba Ripped & Rush - trying to ease back into strength training after hurting my back/shoulder, but seriously this might have been a bit too laid back!

    Nothing for me - because I have a shoulder tendon injury :grumble: and yesterday's training has aggravated it, so I've been in pain all day. Makes me irritable - but at least I got all my paid work done and I'll whizz off to the gym at 6 tomorrow to make up....

    Billy Blanks Tae Bo Advanced 62 minute workout....yesterday it was Billy Blanks AB Bootcamp in the morning and Donna Richardson Joyner Sweatin in the Spirit workout in the evening with Kirk Franklin,Shirley Murdock,Yolanda Adams. Tomorrow maybe gonna do Kettlenetics just depends on how busy my day is. On really busy days usually do my stair stepper and 15 minutes of heavier kettlebell
