    February lost 16 lbs and really enjoyed my facial!!

    I am getting manicure when I reach this goal!!

    2.5 lost so far. Aquafit went well and I tried a new program on my treadmill. Can't wait for the black crackle manicure!!

    I'm in! I am also participating in a "biggest loser" competition at my place of employment which is a good motivator.

    SW: 178 lbs

    GW: 150 lbs

    Now that the weather is warmer, I plan to do alot more outdoor exercise: this will include daily walks with my dog on weeknights and trips to the state park trails on the weekends. I find being outside is much easier to continue to walk/exercise vs. being inside the gym.

    Does anyone have any ideas to help control appetite? I have notice over this last week I find myself feeling hungry more and more often.

    Always looking for new motivators... and to meet new positive peeps. If I understand this properly my start weight is the weight at the beginning of this month, since I started on this lifestyle change journey back in the third week of last October I have lost 35.86 lbs

    This is in response to someone who asked about curbing appetite.


    While there are good and bad about many things we put in our body, I have as part of my lifestyle change started drinking Yerba Mate - for its positive aspects which includes appetite suppression. Some studies say that it could be carcinogenic, but I'm sorry, that is probably due to Big Pharma putting in its two cents once again. If they can't make money off of something that is natural because they can't patent it, they will always put it down.

    My husband and I just started taking up Argentine tango again. We're hoping to add it to our weekly dance routine (which is mostly modern, ballet, and bellydance).

    Also, since I didn't meet my goal in Feb, if I do this month, I will still treat myself to a massage.

    I'm hitting up a sculpt Cardio routine, 25mins long with a 4 min warm up. Alternating that with a beginner body weight routine, 3 circuits of 5 sets with 10 to 20 reps per set.( i should say trying to get all that done)
