    Excellent! I just found your thread today so will try for 30 mi this month, which is 30 more than I did last month :)
    I'm going to use a combination of Leslie Sansone and outdoor walks.

    I joined a gym. I didn't walk today, but I stationary biked, swam, stair mastered, and crunched.

    I set myself with a walking challenge. I am at 9.15 logged miles for the month. Had probably 5+ unlogged miles so I don't think I'm going to count them.

  • I'm late to join:). I want to do at least 50 miles by the end of this month. So that's about 2.3 miles a day. I can do this!
