    I'm in. My mini goal is to lose 10 by May 1st. Only lost 8-9 since Jan 20 but I feel a surge coming on.... Anyone else on Atkins/Keto/Paleo??

    I'm in as well. This is exactly what I have been needing. Some kind of challenge and a feeling of comrarderie. Also like the no sugar for 30 days one of you (forget who sorry) mentioned. It's a real poison for me but I love it so try to quit for a month and see. Off to Jon. The 20 lb group now. Though I need to lose 60 + this will be a great start.

    I'm in! I have a goal of 30lbs to lose but 20 is a great start! I seem to be stuck at this 2lb loss but the inches are (very slowly) creeping down! I'd like to be rid of my wobbly tum n arms without losing my *kitten* n chest - if it's possible!

    I definitely could use the help losing these 20 lbs! Losing 20 is my starting goal and after that toning up is the ultimate goal, always have had big volleyball thighs from years of weight training and just started running and doing jillian michaels trouble zones workout it is awesome! Could definitely use the motivation and tips :)
