I see that there are a lot of girls on this Journey of losing 20 lbs, all together.

Are you guys sticking to the 1200 kcal per day that MFP recommends, or are you doing something different?
I have more to lose like a few others but like previously said it's a good start. I do not stick to 1200/kcals a day. I set my own caloric intake. I change it frequently actually but usually I try to take in 1300-1700 calories a day.0 -
