Yesterdays lunch and todays brunch
Pork belly (potato bread, cured egg yolk, maple syrup)
Beef Brisket (Creekstone Farms Angus beef, onion jam, grilled potato bread)
Pulled pork sandwich (red cabbage-apple-sesame slaw)
Key Lime Pie
Bacon babka
PB & J (PB mousse between chocolate cake with macerated berries)
Poached egg and prosciutto crostini
Obviously you have good taste! My question is, HOW CAN YOU AFFORD IT ALL?! You eat like a champion every day! Doesn't it get expensive? I'm so jealous
Expensive is relative I suppose, it's more that I eat a lot that makes the bill add up, the actual dishes at most places are moderately priced
are you a chef by any chance?0 -

PAGE 13 takes the cake, total props to Acg & tsikkz for that yum-fest.
i knew lunch was going to be leftovers, but i didn't want the same meal again
So I used leftover meatballs from one meal and leftover rice from another, then was so lucky to have a pepper laying around so I could fire-roast it and stuff it with the meatball, topped it with jack cheese and served with a side of rice. 420 Kcals
thanks for the idea cardenalera0 -

That looks delicious.
I've been a bit slack with food prep the last few days, but, here's to diving in again.
Lunch today, thai beef noodle salad. Realised I had everything, right down to left over vermicelli in the fridge to make it, so it seemed fated. Lovely fresh herbs from the garden, and chilli from a friend's. So tasty. No peanuts, so subbed for some crushed sweet chilli roasted macadamias from my hometown.0 -
Anddd reposting my meal, because someone reported me for vulgarity.
Seriously folks please search for at LEAST 1 minute before asking for the same recipe that's been posted multiple times. It's incredibly frustrating. /grown-up voice
