    Per Serving:
    Cal 141
    Carb 10
    Fat 5
    Protein 12
    Potass 61
    Sodium 519

It looks good but what is it? And how many of them are in a serving?

Here we see asparagus, kale, and spinach stir fried in coconut oil being sat on by a passing filet of baked tilapia.

Oh my! All these pictures are making me hungry :)
  • this is a recipe i made last night Banana, oat and sultana cookies, only 3 ingredients and only 56 calories per cookie (based on 16 small cookies)

ingredients are ~ 2 over ripe large bananas, 6oz rolled oats, and 2 oz of sultanas (for a wetter mixture use less oats)

on a greased baking sheet divide the mixture into 16 (the bigger the cookies the more the calories)

bake in a preheated oven at 160 (electric oven) for about 20 minutes or until very lightly golden ....ENJOY :flowerforyou:

    Chocolate almond strusel

    Chocolate banana pancakes

These look and sound AMAZING. Care to share the recipes??

    no way these are healthy!!!???

Agreed. Looks like nothing I'd want to add to my food plan - my sugars would skyrocket. Very unhealthy.

That is unfortunate, I suppose I care too much about my taste buds to eat all the yummy, healthy foods you eat likelike fat free sour cream and egg whites (where's the yolk? Contains the majority of the nutrients btw). I'll just have to live with the consequences I suppose, maybe a cleanse or something to get rid of all those sugar toxins

The recipe was based off this, if I were to modify it a bit next time, I might fold in some whipped egg whites to make the pancakes fluffier

Now now, don't be sour! You get those comments all the time. I agree with you, but let the others who still have weight to lose eat their low cal meals while we eat our carbs and beer :D
I still have a lot of weight to lose and enjoy my carbs and beer!

Expensive is relative I suppose, it's more that I eat a lot that makes the bill add up, the actual dishes at most places are moderately priced
