The first one was as I started 30day shed. Totally not happy with the flabby look..so decided to hit it hard and combine 30ds with running and pilates.
This one below is 10 days in..I did the 30ds every day, plus running xcountry 3 times a week and 40 mins pilates every day. I hate the amount of time it has taken up but love the result in a short space of time.
The one below is today 20 days in. I've had 2 days off the 30ds, but manages to do pilates every day and run 3 times a week still. I feel the pilates has helped with the toning more than the 30ds..but my strength has improved beyond belief as I can now do REAL pressups! Haa, I never thought I would say that.
I'm going to continue with 30ds and pilates, plus my eating habits are so much healthier..not easy when you're feeding a monster toddler and husband most days.
I know many people on here have huge goals and have lost so much weight..and I love reading your stories and find your achievements so inspiring. My story is more of a lazy mum who got a little flabby and complacent, but with a little effort you can tone up and look so much better..there doesn't have to be a huge weight loss...I've only lost 4lbs!

So here are my results first I'll start off my saying I did take a few days off at level 2 (killed my hips) but I just keep moving along. Even at level 3 I still had to do some of the beginner moves. I did each level for 10 days. Those are the same pants that fit me so much better now! I think the biggest (and most surprising) difference is in my back! Here are my starting and ending measurements
R Arm: 11.5" - 11"
L Arm: 11.5" - 10.5"
R Thigh: 22" - 22"
L Thigh: 23.5" - 21.5"
Belly Button: 42.5"- 40"
Upper Waist 36.5" - 34"
Hips: 46" - 44.5"
Weight: 176- 170
and now for pics (please ignore my gross mirror, you never realize how dirty they are until you take pics lol)

Wow some amazing results in this thread! I've posted mine before but here you go...

i finished off the 30 day shred 5 days ago, and lost 8lbs...the difference is mostly seen in my upper body, like waist up, which is a pretty big bummer for me, since my problem is the gut and love handles. Anyways, I've started it over and am on day 5, but am also doing Ripped in 30 simultaneously so hoping for better results!!0

Started February 13 finished March 28
I did it 5 days a week along with the Wii Biggest Loser Challenge game (20 minute workout) and Wii Golds Gym Cardio Workout (20 minutes)

I've done 30DS over about 60 days (only did it about 3-4 days a week and mixed it up with some running/swimming/pilates) and halfway through RI30.
