    Highest weight- 489 lbsCurrent Weight- 146 lbs
    Current Weight - 399 lbs
    Lowest weight- 210 lbs (right after basic training/ait in the Army)
    Goal weight- 225 lbs this is really a subjective number as my goal is to be fit and around 15% body fat but I know when I was 210 lbs and in the Army I could run a hell of a lot do a lot of push ups and sit ups (my PT test right after AIT was 11:59 for the two mile run, 110 pushups in 2 min, and 98 situps in 2 mins) but I felt weaker then I ever had and didnt like the way I looked as I had lost a lot of muscle during basic and AIT. I entered basic training right out of two years of playing college football and weighed around 280 and could bench 400+ squat close to 500 and deadlift close to 650 at that time.

    Lowest weight- Not sure but must be getting close
    Goal weigh- 203 lbs so far, at first I wanted to lose 40 kg which I've done, then 7 stone (98 lbs) only 4 lbs away, 100 lbs, 102 lbs (1/3 of my weight). Will see how I look then and re-assess.

    I've been a runner since h.s...it's always worked for me. I ran track but gave up running until about 10 years ago. I thought I was gonna pass out when I started up again lol. I did what could probably be called a modified C25K and gradually built my way back up. Last year I did an 8k, the warrior dash, 2 half-marathons and a full marathon. I plan on running at least 4 half-marathons this year and maybe a full in the fall. I love a challenge so will probably do the Spartan Sprint next year.

    My REMEMBERED LOWEST is 290 pounds at the age of 11 but that was before my lifestyle change.
    I am CURRENTLY 340 at the age of 22.
    My REALISTIC AND OVERALL GOAL is 220.

    Current Weight- 130 lbs This is my goal and maintenance wt.
    Current body fat - 24% Exactly where I want it. (Within the fitness range for females.)
    Lowest weight- 125 lbs Back in college (around age 21) with a hectic schedule.
    Goal weight- 130 lbs Been on maintenance at this weight for a couple of years.
