`Cream` of potatoes+carrot+onion (works just fine made as mashed potatoes, but I like it to be finely blended) served with fennel cooked with brie and bacon. It may seem over the top, but it's a 500 calories meal and it is so good that it is almost madness.
Another 500 calorie meal: whole wheat linguine with brie, bacon (some left over from the previous  ), red pesto and olives.

My friend and I got together the other day and made a monster salad. In it went lettuce, tomato, cucumber, corn, carrot, alfalfa sprouts, beetroot, capsicum, feta, chicken, bacon, dried noodles, pine nuts, and basil-garlic dressing. Yum
