    I'm on day 4 - rest day. Tomorrow I start with 70. I threw in a sit up challenge too, so along with 70 squats, I'll be doing 70 sit ups!

    Wow this is a bit intimidating but count me in. My workout routine is going to be a lot more interesting. I guess since today is the first and I didn't do anything I need to do 50 squats... hmmm... maybe I will do them with my kettlebell.
