I can maintain a plank position (for abs) for 1 minute0

Walk and jog for exercise. Broke my big toe back in February and wasn't cleared for exercise with impact until last week. Feels great to get out there again!0

Make a real muscle. They might be Minnie Mouse muscles, but I earned them. And this week I increased my dumbbell weights to 15 lbs and I started bench pressing with the empty barbell.0

I can do real jumping jacks, and a lot of them as well. I use to not be able to do them because of knee and ankle weakness.0

Overhead press 55 lbs 25 times! Last,month, i was struggling with 50. Oh, and benching 70lbs! (after dropping the 65 on my chest)0
