I challenge you to lose 5 pounds this month! Christmas is about 6 months away. If you can lose 5 pounds a month...... by Christmas you could be 30 pounds lighter. Join me and lets do this together!

The first few days of July will be hard, Saturday is my little guys B-Day party, Sunday is the 4th (we always have a huge BBQ), and Monday is my B-day (Janpanese Steakhouse, Oh Yeah!) Lots of celebrating in just a few days....

Well, I weighed in and my official weight to kick off July is 222.6
Goal by July 31st: I'm shooting for 215, but I'll take what I get!
As most of you know, I proposed a weekly challenge to be picked by one of the veteran posters of this thread, so if you all are still up for it, start thinking of a challenge to start next Monday. Since I haven't been here that long, I don't feel that I should post a challenge, however, that's also up to you. What we could do is message me with all of you ideas and then I could post one each Monday morning if that would work better, that way, incase someone were to forget to post one or whatever, there would still be a challenge posted.
Let me know, either here or by message if you all think one way or the other would work best. It could be something like x amt of sit ups/day or eating something diiferent or whatever you can come up with. If we do this, try to make it something that pretty much everyone can do, so no 'try new gym equip' as many don't have the funds to go to a gym.

The middle of last week I was down two more pounds but I really messed up on the weekend... again.
So one of my goals for July is not to sabotage myself on the weekend after I worked so hard all week.

Well I said I was in once before and that was it. I have been plateaued for months and months because frankly I haven't been trying at all. I have been happy with maintenance. Now it is summer and I am disappointed I have slacked so long so here goes...
