Awesome I'll look in countdown/new world later - I'm hoping there's a rice noodle variety as I can't eat wheat/gluten which is a pain. It's that or have a go at making my own lol. Think a nice salad might be on the cards tonight, you've got me right in the mood haha

11km run at 6am. 60 minutes bootcamp at lunch. Had to work 9+hours today. Got home tired. Phew! Found my favorite go to recipe in the freezer, quickly microwaved a spaghetti squash and created a delicious HUGE filling dinner for 480 calories. Add a glass of wine as I deserve it and I am beyond happy.
