I love this post! I am going to lose 100 pounds too. I started at 265 and I'm down 13 pounds so far. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed but seeing so many successful people reinforces my motivation. My mini goal is to have 50 pounds gone by my birthday on September 10. Congratulations to all who have accomplished so much! I can't wait to join y'all in success!0

Ive done it. 100 lost. I fluctuate up and down by a few pounds now, since Ive taken up strength training and changed my diet.
I was on the Medifast diet for about 7 months. Did about 3 hours of uphill hiking every weekend. That was pretty much it.
Spent a month or two trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my diet after stopping medifast. I have since settled on low carb (100g) and high fat/protein and increased my calories to a bit under my maintenance calories. Ive switched from cardio (hiking) to strength training three times a week as well. So my weight has been going up as I gain back all that muscle I lost.0 -
You look fab and what a cutie little chap : )0

I'm definitely part of this club! Started in October 2011 and as of today have lost 129 pounds. I can never get pics to post on her correctly. But my profile pic was taken on Easter with my Dad. If you wanna see my starting pic, visit my account and in my pics you'll see that puffy faced me sitting on a bench out of breath right before I started mfp.0

I haven't hit the 100 lb mark yet, but soon. I've lost all of my weight through exercise and eating well. No surgery, pills, shakes, etc.
Here I am in July of 2011 (Big girl in pink shirt):
December 2012/January 2013:
You look amazing! That's quite a transformation! Bet you you never knew you had such awesome calves too!0 -
Hi! I don't have a before pic handy, I'm afraid. Not sure how much more weight I want to lose. I hit my initial number goal. The main point of all this is to feel comfortable in my body and be healthy and able to do physical things. I've reached that point, so we'll see how much longer I keep losing. Right now I'm just enjoying my lifestyle of getting healthier and trying to lose weight, so I'm sticking with it for now.0
