  • I had to quit. After only the first day (and 30 squats) I was barely able to move. I will stick with my walking, yoga and zumba for now.

    I did this for 2 months already back to back Dec 2012 and Jan 2013. This is what jump started my work outs and losing weight. I plan to start back next month. When I hit the 150 range my legs felt like rubber. I wish you all the best on this challenge and stand strong.
