    I'm on day 25 220 squats today. i find it easier to split them into 4 sets throughout the day, so four sets of 55! that way i can add weights and not get too achey :)

    I'm doing it and I'm on my day 4 today. How do you log it? I believe squats burn calories but I can't find them on exercise part of mfp logging thingy. :p

    I'm only on my day 7 and I have a feeling that my upper leg is getting too bulky, and I don't like it. Is that possible or is it in my head? I'm an apple shape so my legs have always been relativity skinny.

    I walk a lot too.
