Im 5"9 - 196 pounds, 45 years old. I eat 1800 calories per day. I dont track my burnt calories but work out 4-5 days a week 45-75 mins per session. I am still losing weight...still another 20-40 pounds to go, once at goal i will be working more on building muscle (altho i already strength train)0 -

5'7". Was 117 went I started last week, now am 116. Want to be 110....well, not necessarily, just lose some weight off of my thighs and a little off of my hips. That's where a decent amount of my fat seems to end up going...

I'm 23-years-old, 5'7". I'm currenty 116 pounds and I consume around 1500-1600 calories per day. I work out 5 days a week (this includes cardio all 5 days and weight training 3 of the 5). On my two days off I like to do yoga!0

I'm eating between 1600 and 1700 cals a day and exercise 5 to 6 times a week with varying intensity and alternate days of cardio & circuit strength training. My TDEE seems to be averaging around 2400-2500 though this week its closer to 2600. Recently bought a BMF which has opened my eyes as to my actual burn (higher on active days than i realized and quite a lot lower on truly sedentary days). My goal is to lose around 1.5lbs a week for now, so my avg intake might need some adjusting here soon!
Goals: feel healthier, have more endurance and I want to be a jogger/runner (eventually - right now I don't care to put the stress on my joints of my current weight). Also... patience. Forever needing patience0 -

I am less concerned about the scale and more interested in being super fit. I am pretty stoked with my body at my current weight, which motivated me to try new activities.

Why are you waiting on the exercises???
You've done a great job so far with losing weight. Now start doing some kind of exercise, strength training for muscles, walking, etc. It will help tighten up your muscles so you wont sag or have so much extra skin in the end.
You are young!! Go for it!! It gets terrible after about 45 yrs old.0 -

I'm not looking to lose weight if I gain muscle. I definitely want to tighten up my stomach and bum the most!
Eating 1300 calories, except on days when I workout, in which case an extra 100 or 200 calories.
I'm doing the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge, which has been very doable for my fit level (not great!) and running (with two 60 minute walking intervals) a mile and a half. If I can't run on a day I'm "supposed to" according the the challenge (I'm sometimes home alone with the baby for 24 hours), I will do the workout I did the day before. I do something at least 6 days a week. The workout days are hard to track, but on days I run I burn around 300-400.0 -

Im not looking to lose weight, Im hoping to maintain but I know eventually ill gain as my body has to work damn hard to stay at this weight. Hi, I'm 25, 5'8 and currently weigh 145 pounds (uk dress size 10 top and 12 bottom).
I started at 155 pounds and have been losing weight quite slowly. My aim is to 140pounds (eventually 136 to give me a bit of leeway) and a UK dress size 10. I exercise 4-5 times a week and burn between 300-600 calories depending on the day. My aim is 1200 cals and I usually eat back the majority of my exercise calories unless I'm saving them for a meal out or a special occasion.0 -
