any vitamin recommendations? The only supplements i'm taking now are for weightloss, NatureWise Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract Ultra Pure with GCA...I take one 30 minutes before every meal three times a day, so far ive lost 2 lbs but that might just be because I've started eating well again after I practically binged on fast-food for a week..0 -
