Hello my fellow Sisters in Sweat!!
1st personal goal reached!
In October 2012 I re-charged myself and I am finally finding my way. I re-set my goals and started weighing in more regularly. Now I weigh almost every single day and this has helped me. I don't beat myself up and I finally know I do not have to be perfect either to be healthier and successful.
Yesterday was the 1st day I have weighed under 360 pounds in a long time. And I am determined to keep going. I was not able to confirm it this morning because my electricity was out but I feel lighter and know there is no turning back for me. I have had enough ups and downs to know what works for me and I am going to keep doing it. I know I will have some more ups and downs along the way but no worries I will not stay down long...Now I am striving for my next goal which is under 340!
Thanks so much for your support :flowerforyou: ....it has made this journey easier even though still hard. If it had not been for the support found here on MFP and with this thread especially, I would have settled for just losing 230 pounds with the help of weight loss surgery but because of you I know I can and will keep getting smaller. I love these challenges because they help keep me focused and mindful of the road I walk to fight obesity.
