Don"t get to do mine today. On the road all with kids in talent shows. Oldest won 2nd place in her 1st one on June 16th. Twins won first on the 4th of July. They are all in the same age category today so it kind of stinks but they are looking forward to it. Hope they all do well. Have been walking a lot today though! :ohwell: Have a good day everyone. Will post updates tomorrow.

Completed Day #2 today.. my legs are soo sore!!! I think its the lunges, and the bent over boxing that kicks my butt.

As someone already mentioned 28 days to go!!! Less than 30 hehehe

Bent over boxing? I'm pretty sure your back should be upright and straight with your legs double shoulder-width apart for the punches.

You all are doing great! Don't give up! I've done level 1 twice now - tonight with 5lb weights. The only part I really struggled with were the shoulder raises with the side lunges. That was fine wiht the 2 lb wts, but harder with 5lbs. I'm thinking of trying level 2 next time.

Hello! Officially starting tonight after Psych! I had the dvd a few months but hopefully with motivation and keeping pace with the rest of you I will be able to continue this. I normally don't have much motivation but I did enjoy spin class when I went to the gym, My goal is to continue about everyday with this until August 13th as well as tone up and maybe cut some inches from my thighs.

Hi. I was on another 30DS board but it kind of died out. I am up to day 7 level 1 but I don't usually do it every day. I'd like to kick it up if you guys are doing it daily though. I am actually looking forward to level 2.

Started yesterday. My face was red and I was shaking for about 45 minutes afterward. Can't wait to do it again! I know it will get easier, right?

Keep it up everyone only 27 more day to say you did it.
I completed day 3. I kindof tried to talk myself into staying in bed this morning but decided I am not going to fail this time.

1/10 of the way there!!!! Wohoooooooo Had to skip a few lunges and squats here and there because my poor legs were burnin. BUT I still worked up a huge sweat and got on the treadmill for 25 minutes afterwards to burn another 200 calories. I keep telling myself it will get easier.. until day 11 comes along than its back to tough stuff

I log it as circuit training for 20 mins..
  • Finished L1D3! Haven't noticed it getting any easier but I'll keep pushing on...bring on Day 4!

Just wondering when you guys plan on weighing in while doing the shred... I normally weigh myself monthly, but I am considering weighing in after day #10 and than day #20.

I am kind of curious to see what others are doing, perhaps weekly?

I'd probably weigh in once a week, I can't wait the extra three days!
  • L1D4 Down!!! It's so hard until the last cardio minutes. When is it ok to move to L2?

you can really move up levels whenever you want, completely up to you! a lot of people though tend to keep it even and just do 10 days on level 1, and then 10 days for level 2 and then finish with 10 days on level 3. but ultimately, it's whatever you want :]
