clean eating for the next 2 weeks to get ready for my concert! most, if not all of my costumes bare my midriff. T_T
boiled broccoli+ carrots and steamed chicken breast marinated in herbs, chilli powder, pepper and sesame oil!

My "GO TO" breakfast is Overnight, No-Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal - My daughter and I are addicted to this. It's super quick to make. We make it at night and then just grab it in the morning and go, you eat it cold and it's delicious. You can change it up as well, sometimes we use strawberries and honey or agave instead of the jam
Raspberry Vanilla Refrigerator Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats (not instant, quick, or steel-cut)
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1-1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon raspberry jam, preserves, or spread
1/4 to 1/3 cup raspberries (cut each berry in half), or enough to fill jar
Directions
In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and raspberry jam.
Put lid on jar and shake until well combined. Remove lid, add raspberries and stir until mixed throughout.
Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or as long as 2-3 days. Eat chilled.

Still learning the art of chocolate coating my protein bars....
These ones are coffee/chocolate, 200cals, 15grms of protein per bar. It would have been more, but I used up all of my last jar of protein powder.
My husband took me out for brunch this morning, he had blueberry flapjacks.
I had strawberry brioche French toast.

Homemade turkey burger stuffed with blue cheese. Topped with mozzarella, Turkey Bacon and avocado. 2 Portobello mushrooms for the bun.

My boot camp had released a diet/exercise plan with a lot of recipes, and I've been doing some vegetarian takes on them. First is grilled quorn (marinated in lemon and garlic) and roasted vegetables with thyme. The second is a taco salad with burger crumbles, macadamia nuts, cheese, avocado, tomato, green onion, cilantro, and lime.
