    FAB FOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

    Monday………. 12-Jul ….. 110% last chance workout (increase intensity or workout length)

    Tuesday……… 13-Jul ….. weigh in today & eat your veggies* (see below - super challenge: add an extra serving)

    Wednesday….. 14-Jul ….. pamper yourself in a healthy way today

    Thursday……. 15-Jul ….. bicycle today (stationary or outdoor)

    Friday…........… 16-Jul ….. no extra sugars today (candy, desserts, sweet drinks, etc)

    Saturday..……. 17-Jul ….. do 25 reverse sit ups

    Sunday..……... 18-Jul ….. put your fork/spoon down between every bite

    Eating more vegetables was a great challenge for yesterday and I had the best of intentions, but ...I skipped dinner (actually had popcorn at the movie theatre) so I ate less vegetables than usual instead of more. :ohwell: I'll take on Tuesday's challenge today since it is such a great idea.

    Tuesday……… 20-Jul ….. RESTART! final weigh in & post your new challenge goal for August 17th

    Wednesday….. 21-Jul ….. sign up for a local race

    Thursday……. 22-Jul ….. grab a buddy and get moving

    Friday…...…… 23-Jul ….. switch out chips for carrot sticks

    Saturday.……. 24-Jul ….. do 10 crunches between weight sets

    Sunday….…... 25-Jul ….. skip the donut / pastry / muffin / cupcake / pie (you get the idea) today

    I just signed up for a 5Km race in 2 months. I'm so excited as I love the energy a group of healthy runners have on race day.

    Extra lotion to my skin.....LOVE IT:glasses: That's an everyday thing for me. I manage a tanning salon sooooo I am big on lotion!

    My mistake....must have been an old post I saw about lotion. I have the best buddy anyone could eVeR ask for. My 8 year old daughter. She loves to excerise. She is ThE BeSt:flowerforyou:

    I am going to sign up for the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day! I say this every year...we've lived here 21 years! This year I will do the 2 mile walk...bad knee prevents running. I know one of my friend's did it last year so I will join her!:happy:

    Tuesday……… 27-Jul ….. weigh in today & do the commercial challenge: when watching TV tonight, move it during commercials breaks: push ups, stairs, jumping jacks, lunges, push ups, etc

    Wednesday….. 28-Jul ….. try a group class soon, or a new exercise dvd rental

    Thursday….…. 29-Jul ….. prepare a new healthy recipe

    Friday…...…… 30-Jul ….. have an extra glass of water today

    Saturday…….. 31-Jul ….. try a new machine at the gym

    Sunday………. 1-Aug ….. park a little farther away and walk the extra distance

    I haven't really been checking the daily challenges page, but I am LOVING these ones!!
    Tuesday... What a great idea! I need to watch more TV in order to do this. :tongue:
    Wednesday... Someone's been influenced my group classes. :wink: Good thing I have dance that night.
    Thursday... I love trying new recipes!!
    Friday... Great! I need more water everyday!
    Saturday... If only I went to a gym... Will substitute with my treadmill.

    Hi all!
    I missed today's challenge - i did barbell class and took it easy because I hadn't been in a while. But I am in for the rest of the week!
    Tuesday - I plan to weigh in (with my fingers crossed). Since my initial weight began Friday last week, I'm hoping for a 1lb loss. And I will move during commercials. However, if I watch TV, its usually on DVR and I fast-forward, but I'll make myself get some sit-ups in
    Wed. - Thanks you so much for this motivation. I have been wanting to try Hot Yoga at my gym, but always chicken out and do the same classes I always do (like cycle or step). Not Wed. - I'm going to do Hot Yoga!

    I will try to check in on Wed. or Thur. about the rest of the week.

    Ok....I need to give up PEPSI'S. That is the hardest thing for me to pass up. Have not had one in 2 days. I also started working out with my wii. did 40 mins today. I need to be dedicated. No caffine today.

    ok.....I have been 5 days without a PEPSI.....that is huge for me. ****i wanted one but didn't want to have to post that I drank one. I'd like to go at least these 4 weeks without giving in.....we will see.
