    wow. truly inspiring. you should feel so proud of your accomplishment!! and I don't know what you had/have going on that made you a disabled vet, but I'm sure getting healthy has done wonders for your quality of life and how you feel :)

    OP, you look FANTASTIC. Way to go! I really love what you said about how the whole revenge fantasy didn't work out, but when you dropped that anger and got on with it FOR YOURSELF, you totally owned it. That's a really important detail!

    I also like what you said about having all sorts of legit excuses to not do the work it takes to change your body/diet, but doing it because it's what's important to you. Great message...we can all come up with a zillion reasons not to exercise or eat better. But it really comes down to the simple truth that we make time/space/whatever for those things that are important to us.
