I was over 370 lbs but always carried my weight well due to being over 6'5". My family and friends were absolutely shocked to hear how much I actually weighed. In July of 2012 I had a few things happen in my life and I decided it was time to make a change. As of this past Friday I am down over 110 lbs and could not be happier with my decision to finally get myself together. I want to drop another 30 or so lbs and then worry about putting on a few in added muscle.

I started out at 282lbs in Jan. 2012. That was the heaviest I have ever been.
Last year, around the end of April I started taking my health more seriously. I was unhappy with the way I looked so I started walking EVERY DAY. At least 45-60 minutes a day and restricted my calories/made healthier choices. I lost over 60lbs. I did not take any pictures while losing weight, but here are the results.

This was taken on my birthday. March 30th, 2013.
My ideal weight is 180, so I have some more work to do. I was slacking this past winter, so I am starting my diet and exercise routine again. I've loss 5 more pounds so far0 -

Only 5lbs difference but my focus has been mainly on strength and eating well. It's really the first time my legs have even hinted at changing and I'm stoked!
The first is from late February/early March and the second was just a week ago!
