    I plan to work out 6 days a week, log everything, and really focus on responding to my body's actual hunger, not my emotions! Much easier said than done some days.

    So happy to report those last two pounds are gone! I lost 8 pounds total in April! I was reading the recent responses earlier, and everyone has done so well! Great job, everyone! I'm definitely coming back for May!

    Alrighty, just updating for myself since today is April 1st.

    SW:172.8
    CW:161
    GW for April 155 (-6lbs)
    UGW: 140-145

    Check in dates:
    4/5 159.6 down 1.4 lbs from April 1st. I have 4.4lbs to go for the month.
    4/12 158.2 down 1.4 lbs from April 5th, down 2.8 lbs for the month. 3.2 lbs for my goal weight for the month of April.
    4/19 155.8 down 2.4 lbs from April 12th. Down 5.2 lbs for the month. Only .8 lbs to go for my April weigh in.
    4/26 153.6 down 2.2 lbs from April 19th. Down 7.4 lbs fir April. Goal met. :drinker:
    4/30 154.0 Up a little, as always from the weekend. Goal still met and I'm very excited about that.

    Down 7 lbs in April. Only 4 lbs away from my second goal, and first big goal. 150 I really hope to see you next month!

    I had a hiccup in the road earlier this week that caused my weight to creep up a bit before coming back down. This morning I stepped on the scale, and it read 199.6!!! So, I went to go get my camera (hey, I haven't seen under 200 in a VERY LONG TIME), got back on the scale, and the reading was higher (wasn't holding my camera). I got back on just to be sure, still 201... Aww man... :/ I'm sooooo close to being under 200!!!!!!!!

    Actually, the scale read 199.8!!!!! But I'm waiting until it reads 199.0 before I finally declare that I am under 200. My weight has been bouncing between 198.8-200 for the past 3 days. I got a photo on Sunday when the scale read 198.8, but since that's not what it read today, I'm not counting it. I'm really excited to be at 200 because I haven't seen this number in a VERY LONG TIME. I'm also really excited because I met my goals for this month! It's nice to know that I am capable of achieving my weight loss goals (even if they are mini ones).

    Everyone in this challenge has been motivation for me- so thank you all!!! :flowerforyou: I can't wait to see all of you in May's challenge!

    Wow, I actually met my goal for April. I was beginning to think I wasn't going to make it. Now on to May.

    I found the March challenge a great way to keep myself in check so am up for an April challenge.

    How do you plan to achieve your personal goal? Keep doing what I am doing food wise. Trying to walk as much as I can. Continue with day 2 of 30DS.

    How do I plan to achieve this goal?
    Same as I've been doing...eating clean, good-fuel foods, keeping the calories at some deficit, keeping up with the weight training, at least 3 times a week. Hooping, dancing, spin classes, running, yoga etc...usually 5 times a week, and when it gets warmer here, skating, kayaking, bicycling... lots of outdoors activities. :)

    Sorry I haven't kept up with posting on this challenge. I had hit a plateau for some long time, but finally lost another couple of pounds. Soooooo...

    On April 13:
    SW:185
    CW: 156
    GW for April: 150 (6 pounds to go. I hope I can do it.)
    UGW: 130

    OK, obviously I'm having issues with regular updates in the thread, but here is my current status: :D
    As of April 30th:

    SW: 185
    GW for April: Was 150. I got close. :D
    CW: 152 (So, I lost 6 pounds in April. I'm not going to whine about that. :) )
    UGW: 130 (When I get there, depending on my BF %, I will likely shoot for 125.)
