Day 1.... 20 crunches 50 squats 20 sec plank
Day 2.... 25 crunches 55 squats 25 sec plank
Day 3.... 30 crunches 60 squats 30 sec plank
Day 4... Rest REST 35 sec plank
Day 5... 40 crunches 70 squats 40 sec plank
Day 6... 45 crunches 75 squats 45 sec plank
Day 7... 50 crunches 80 squats REST
Day 8... Rest REST 50 sec plank
Day 9... 60 crunches 100 squats 60 sec plank
Day 10... 65 crunches 105 squats 70 sec plank
Day 11... 70 crunches 110 squats 80 sec plank
Day 12... Rest REST 90 sec plank
Day 13... 80 crunches 130 squats 100 sec plank
Day 14... 90 crunches 135 squats REST

I will join you!! In addition to this, I will also be running my 3 miles! gotta get my cardio in, plus, I actually enjoy running, especially in the spring time.
I like this plan, but since I am already done with my squat challenge and used to the higher reps, I will replace your squat numbers with 200 squats(or should I just do 250?) hmmmmm.0 -

i need this badly...so ill also do the 30 day squat challenge - got to 200 last time then got unwell so didn't finish :-(, also ill do the crunches challenge, got a holiday to Cuba in 6 weeks0

Ab/Plank/Squat day 1 was great.. even got my hubby to do it with me! Planking is hard with a broken foot, FYI!0
