Frozen blueberries
Honey
Then I go to the grocery store and get:
Lactose Free Milk
Non-Dairy Milk
Canned or Dry Beans
Quinoa
Brown Rice
Bread
Peanut Butter

I don't get everything on my list every week but that's what we typically eat and I live across the street from a grocery store so I just buy what I can carry to walk with. Sometimes I'll make a few trips a week, that way I can drop the kids to the bus, do my grocery shopping and be home by 9am!0 -
