I made myself go for my evening walk even though I had to stay late at work...and I'm glad I did. It was GORGEOUS on the trail today. Everything was busting out in blooming-ness because of the rain we've been having.

Realized today that I'm going to have to buy new suit pants or have mine altered because they're starting to look ill-fitting and baggy.

I tried on a pair of pants that I haven't been able to wear in a couple years and was actually able to zip them up! They are still a teensy bit snug, but its a far cry from the last time I tried and I wasn't even able to force them to button :)

I cleaned out two 10 x 12 stalls, dug the floors down 6 inches and rebedded. Took me four and a half hours. Didn't count how many wheelbarrow loads of manure, four loads of sawdust. Two or three months ago I could have done one. A year ago, probably two days per stall. I know I'll be sore tomorrow, but I have hydrocodone, and I'm just happy I CAN DO IT.

I booked a trip to Maui in November, knowing I'll have to buy a new (smaller) swimsuit at that time. :)

Completed the Advanced Tae Bo and though there were some parts where I had to go slower, or not lift my legs quite as high, I never stopped. And it ****ing burned like hell on a Sunday. But I did it. And it feels awesome. Shakes n' all.

I did a hard cardio/strength interval workout with a lot of jumping and while I wasn't perfect at all the moves, I did them to the best of my ability and feel like I can get stronger and more fit.

Here is my non-scale victory for the day. Two cute girls that I haven't seen at my gym (Planet Fitness) in a few months commented on how good I look. They asked how much weight I have lost and they were shocked when I told them I had lost 187 pounds. I'm happily married by receiving comments from attractive members of the opposite sex is always nice.
