Hi
I have PCOS and therefore have a terrible tendency to store around the middle.

Hey Ladies,
I've always had the curse of the "apple" shape body type, or rather, my weight tends to stick more around my stomach and torso than anywhere else. Never quite understood why we had to name our bodies after fruit, but I digress. I'd really love to see your before & afters if you had a similar body type! I need some inspiration to get going.
I was the human apple...now Im a Celery stalk! Gotta love it! :blushing:

i'm 5'4" and started at about 215 pounds (maybe more but I didn't like to weigh myself regularly then). second photo is around 165 or so.
I have the EXACT same body type as you! It's amazing to see the transformation!0 -
Doing lots of abs & oblique workouts has been cinching my waist in.
My tummy used to come out further than my boobs..

I wouldn't even describe my physique as an apple..more like a meatball on a stick! I feel like most of the weight I have lost is from my face/neck and butt/legs. It's frustrating when you just want the belly to go away. According to my measurements I have lost 7 inches on my waist, so that is super encouraging. I have only gone down from size 24 to an 18 though.. First pic is from 3 years ago when I was at my heaviest.. 310. I am down 85 pounds from that in the other pics.
AHAHAH!! Meatball on a stick?!?! That is hilarious!! And you look AMAZING!! That's hard work, and you look awesome!! I bet you feel like a new woman! Way to go!! *internet high five!*

I have always been an "Apple" shaped woman. I was 228 at my heaviest to 171. I still have a ways to go yet… but at least i'm headed in the right direction.
