    I am in also up to 30 squats but wil make it there evenutally .. so you say 50 hmmm to start with motivation here .. :)

    I've completed the squat challenge and going to start at 50 with light weights and see how it goes...it did make a big difference! I've lost a total today of 48 lbs! Good luck to you all and keep going!

  • I have done this already back in March. It was fun to do. I will be doing it again starting on June 1 and then I also found a 30 day crunch challenge which I will begin on June 1 as well.
