Same thing I eat every single day of the week... 1 strip homegrown/homecured bacon, 2 free range home grown eggs fried in previously mentioned bacon fat, 2 cups home ground roasted coffee with sinfully thick cream from our cow. . . mmm mm good!
I like routine and if I break it to have toast or something else (which I don't usually do on my lower carb diet), I miss my regular filling and fatty breakfast!
The odd day I will mix it up and use those 2 eggs tomake a cheese, bacon, pepper and onion omlet, but that's when I'm feeling wild and have more time . . .0 -
my new fave thing at the moment - overnight oatmeal. this morning's concoction (only cuz i've run out of cocoa powder and cranberries) was banana cinnamon coconut
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/3 cup milk (i use unsweetened almond)
1/2 banana
1tbsp shredded coconut
1.5 tsp chia seeds
pinch of cinnamon
- mix together. put in fridge overnight. eat cold.0 -
It was an off the wall day for me.. normally I do omelets with turkey sausage but I was in a PB mood so I had
2 slices of wheat bread with peanut butter and honey and a massive cup of coffee!0 -

My breakfast 6 days a week (usually I eat a kiwi instead of orange juice, but they're out of season right now here. The apple was extra as I knew I wasn't going to be able to fit in any other fruit today)
Alpen - Muesli Cereal - No Added Sugar - Swiss Recipe, 10 g
Mountain Rose - Organic Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp
Generic - Flaxseed Whole -1 Tbsp,
Safeway Organics - O Organics 3.2% Plain Yoghurt, 3/10 cup (175 gr)
Tropicana Orange Juice - Original No Pulp , 3 FL OZ (355mL)
Olympic Krema - Greek Yoghurt 11% Mf, 70 g
Raw - Jonagold Apple, 0.5 apple
