    This is soooo good. I came across it by accident. It fills me up totally til lunch. I add 8 ozs water rather than 6 ozs to extend and microwave it til it is the consistency I like. Most grocery stores carry at a very fair price. I love that it is a nice amount of protein also

    I made french toast with 2 slices of whole wheat bread, topped them with SF Mrs. Butterworth syrup and coconut flakes. It's delicious and under 250 calories!

    Protein 1st cereal with maple syrup.
    Wagon wheel and some oreos.
