It's my first day on here, granted I don't really want to lose too much weight but I have lost 13 pounds over the last year and a half (birth control, first years of marriage, and a stressful job), and the last 5 have been sticking to me like glue! I signed up for this site hoping to get the motivation to stay honest in my diet and exercise, and finally kick those last five- if I hit 124 this month, I'll be happy with my weight and trying to tone.
