    I didn't even know Fitness Pal had an online community until today! I always use the app. Anyway, I'll give this a shot.

    I just started Level 2 of Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred, so I'm hoping to complete Level 2 and start Level 3 this month. Might mix in another on of her videos, 'cause I get bored doing exact same thing every day.

    Woohoo! I was just thinking I wonder if they are going to open a June group . The May group really help me see my progress thru the month. I was losing at a faster rate than I thought. Hopefully I can see the same success this month.

    I want to get in on this month too! I was doing really well but then took a bit of a break at the end of May. I am on to refresh and get back on track for June so this is perfect for me right now!

    Had a great day today. Did biggest loser power sculpt level 2 dvd and did 2 walks pushing my 5 year old in a bike stroller - first one was 1.86 miles the second this evening was 2.21 miles. Also changed my diet plan to the TDEE - 20% - balancing my calories as 35% carbs, 35% protein, and 30 % fat.

    Uhmm so I don't run, maybe one day but it always got my asthma going, but I have worked out for the last 5 days with Thursday being my rest day. That is currently ,y goal to work out 5-6 days a week.
