Bump!!! Which brand of powder did you use? Vanilla can be bad

I've made these with Optimum Nutrition's Cake Batter flavor whey. They were AMAZING- topped with bananas & strawberries. NOM

Sound good. I could eat 3, stay within my carb limit and be satisfied. Thanks for this!

No Salt Added Cottage Cheese used in place of the the yogurt works beautifully! Just put it in a food chopper and blend a little.
For a MOUTHGASM protein pancake, use Trutein Cinnabun Flavor, 1/2 banana!!!

    Wanna go all out?
    Make a compote using:
    2 oz Strawberries
    2 oz Blackberries
    2 oz Raspberries
A Splenda Packet or 2 tsp Raw Honey
Heat in small saucepan, whisking berries until mushy. pour over pancakes instead of syrup. Top with NSA Cool Whip!
    Drool

I keep seeing "bump" what does that mean

Every time somebody posts a new comment, the thread is returned to the top of the list in the forum, essentailly "bumped" to the top.

So to bring it to the top of the forum without having to say anything relevant, posters just put the word bump. This way the thread remains somwehere near the top for a lot longer.

By bumping you can also subscribe to the thread without actually contributing anything to it, and recieve notifications hby email when something new is added. It can be quite handy on threads like this one where people may add variations on a recipe, serving suggestions etc...

    Hope this helps.

    Sam.

I made these for breakfast yesterday following an early 5k run, absolutely awesome. I topped them with Tip-top aerosol (fake) cream for a little extra deliciousness.

I also used self-raising flour instead of plain and baking powder, works fine.
