I do my weigh ins on Thursday evenings, I would really like to join this group. I like how positive people are even when they gain.
I gained 1 lb this week and I was pleasantly surprised it was not more. Since I have been traveling all week and airports just don't have great food..

Hey Peeps, I'm weighing in a day early, since I'll be out of town tomorrow. I gained a pound this week. :grumble: On the upside, my clothes are fitting much better, so I know I'm firming up. AS long as you're seeing changes to your body then that's more important that what the scales say - muscle weighs more than fat so it's how you look / feel that really matters!
I've eventually started to loose some weight -2lbs at the last weigh in - wow, that only took 8 weeks! I'm hoping that this is the start of things and my body is used to the changes. That said, my trousers definately feel looser so that's what I'm really happy with :-)

Hi all! I am doing my weigh in a little early this week too. Though i still will probably report Thursday too if I can. Since my last weigh in I have lost 8 lbs. It feels great! Thanks for all of the support! I have found that sometimes I cannot log in everyday. (I wish I had internet on my phone :frown: ) But as long as your heart is still in it you can still lose weight! I'll take it! I slacked off a little this week, especially in the sodium department. We are having a lot of luncheons and good bye parties at work and I have been more careful than 6 months ago, but just not as careful as 2 weeks ago!! It's a process...and unlike the many many many times before, I have just picked myself up and dusted my hands off....getting prepared to get back to it! :happy:

Ok guys...so haven't been eating the best lately. Haven't really been logging much. Everytime I can't find the food I'm eating I get frustrated and don't want to put in the nutritional info myself. idk why I'm in this rut but I hope I can get out soon

Down a pound this week. On Sunday, I fell of the wagon HARD, went to two parties and ate way too much bad food. Afterwards, I gained like 5-6 pounds (probably water retention) and felt bloated for about three days. Luckily I was able to sweat it off. Wow, so not worth it.0

Hello all! I would like to join your group as well. I am a bit of an obsessive nut... I weigh myself every single day and I log everything that I eat because I count calories. Out of all the things that I have tried with weight-loss (and I think throughout my battles, I feel like I have tried everything... even the bad, addictive things :-( ), this has been working for me. The Thursday weigh-ins will keep me focused on one definite target throughout the week to shoot for that is not spanned out over a prolonged period of time. Is your group taking measurements as well?
Today, my weight is: 187.20 -
Well, I stayed the same this week. I guess that is okay, at least I didn't go up so I have to be happy with that. I, and a couple of co-workers, have noticed that my clothes are fitting a bit looser. The number may not have changed but I feel pretty good this week.
Good job to all of this week's losers!

Alright I just did my weight in an I lost 1.2 lbs!!! I tried really hard this week and it payed off.

Weekly weigh-in preview: I'm going to weigh in a day early this week again, thanks to another business trip. I did a preview weigh-in this morning, which I was happy with, but this isn't the day that counts. We'll see how it looks on Wednesday morning. When out to lunch with my husband and two daughter to The Keg and then to Dairy Queen (Miracle Treat Day)( with donations going to Children's Hospitals). Only allowed 22 weight watcher points a day and all ready up to 45 points used, thank goodness for the 35 weekly bonus points. Will have to be very good for the rest of the week. I forgot to post yesterday. My weight yesterday was 186.6. I gained 0.6 lbs. I know that I have to keep my exercise consistent (that's my only problem). Everyone else is doing a GREAT job!! :flowerforyou:0

Sorry I haven't been on much!! I wanted to say you are all doing GREAT!!! Keep it up, I'm so glad this thread is still going! I've been super busy and not much time to post.
I have been in a slump with my weight for a week or so because I haven't had time to record but today on a whim I weighed myself and I was DOWN 1.2 lbs!! I have a total of 4.6 lbs off!! So happy and I guess I'm doing better than I thought!! Hope to see more losers soon!!!!

Ok, so I did a preview weight and I am down 4 lbs...I haven't been doing very well lately eating wise...not exactly binging, but more on the opposite end...not eating much at all and what I do eat isn't very healthy...I know I am an emotional eater so I have been telling myself no when I go grazing for a snack...Work and life in general has been very stressful the last few weeks....But, today is a new day and a great day. I am not going to post to my profile until Thursday...so there will be time for it to fluctuate for water and such.
