Okay just a quick update I stepped on the scale today and I was 178.4 (at my month goal!!!) I will weigh in on the 15th to make sure its not a fluke...but if so my new months goal is 176.4 two more pounds!!!!0 -

Getting there, slowly but surely, and that was with it being my birthday week and cake!
Got my workouts in for the week, starting to feel stronger and my cardio has definitely improved.

6/8 207.8 Bad week - after weigh in last week I wore the wrong shoes and blistered my foot. Tuesday, blistered the other one. Very low on movement while trying to heal them back up.
6/13 206.4 - OK it's early, but I'm taking it!

I am not about to read through 17 pages to see if anyone else posted this, but...
I worry sometimes when I see threads like this. While on the outside, it sounds like a great idea, get a big goal, post up results, profit... but at the same time 5 lbs is pretty lofty for some, and I worry that this could set them up for yet another failure, which might be their last try. MFP was setup with the slow and steady weight loss in mind, and thats what works and stays off, these faster "diet" methods do not.
So, not saying don't have fun threads like this, but keep the goals attainable by most, and be there to offer encouragement for the ones that can't produce. Thanks guys, you are all awesome!0 -
