    I had to google "jacket." lol. I mean, from context, I figured it was the potato. But I'd never heard of it being called a jacket before!

    From scratch pancakes with homemade blueberry sauce (with fresh picked blueberries). I used half almond flour in the pancakes to up the protein level so it keeps me full until late afternoon.
