Gnocchi (from leftover mashed potatoes) with a Fontina Cream Sauce. A rich lunch, but SO worth it!

From scratch pancakes with homemade blueberry sauce (with fresh picked blueberries). I used half almond flour in the pancakes to up the protein level so it keeps me full until late afternoon.
