    You look great. Sometimes the pictures are the best way to tell a difference. I completely understand the fat elbow thing. It's the one thing that really bothers me. I hate my fat elbows.

    That is amazing! Good for you to have pictures to remind you of where you were and where you are now! It helps you to stay focus and motivated to keep seeing the effort that you put into your new body!

    Thats amazing. Even before i scrolled won I could totally tell just fromyour face alone. I wish I had that dramatic of a difference at 40 lbs. Im almost at 40 lbs now.

    Congrats! You look fantastic. It is success like yours that will keep me going! Keep up the great work! And it's also a reminder to me that I should take a "before" picture so that I can track my progress in other ways other than just what the scale says.

    I think everyone should take before pictures. I honestly don't know that my own progress would "look" as dramatic without before pics. Even if you have progress now, please take pictures of where you're at if you don't have before pictures. You'll still see a difference; even after only 10 lbs a marked difference is noticeable. So please don't sell yourself short, those of you who say that you can't see a difference. :heart:

    That is so awesome! You look great! Its posts like this that let me know results are possible and makes it realistic seeing a real person doing this vs some celebrity spending thousands of dollars. I heart MFP and the people on here who make logging on exciting.
