Again, the 314 calories is for the whole batch.
Just do some simple math with the ingredients in mind:
1 egg = ~70 cal
Yogurt = ~100 cal
Protein powder = ~90 cal
Flour = ~50 cal

Use chocolate powder. Mix in a banana instead of strawberries, and add a little crumbled crispy bacon. Then top with warmed peanut butter...OMGoodness! ELVIS has left the building!!!0
