      I am about the same height, also quite large framed, and started three months ago at 348. I am down the first 40 and so very encouraged by your post. When I was in my late teens, I was strong and worked hard and felt great...and I was roughly 170 pounds. I can't wait to see how the rest of this goes. You look amazing - congratulations!
