    Breakfast really is my downfall... i am never organised enough, with getting the kiddies to childcare and myself into town to go to work.. i usually grap a coffee and a scone.. i know... its dreadful! I really hate porridge though.. and all the muesli typr things are fairly sugary.. although, better than a scone... I think i will start having muesli and yoghurt and fruit.. probably still will have a skinny latte though!

    I don't really do 'cleansing'...! Though when I'm having a sluggish morning I have a coffee and a fat free greek yoghurt with a little honey, ticks all the boxes.

    I don't really do the cleansing thing either. Though my usual breakfast is some sort of healthy cereal, some sort of fruit and some yogurt with some protein powder thrown in.

    As for my favorite cleansing food? I really like tea. Doesn't have too much caffeine like coffee, which normally gives me jitters, but it doesn't make me sluggish like cola/any other soda.
