Breakfast really is my downfall... i am never organised enough, with getting the kiddies to childcare and myself into town to go to work.. i usually grap a coffee and a scone.. i know... its dreadful! I really hate porridge though.. and all the muesli typr things are fairly sugary.. although, better than a scone... I think i will start having muesli and yoghurt and fruit.. probably still will have a skinny latte though!0 -
