    Whoo Hoo! I'm in!

    This past week my struggles were because of a vacation that I went on that threw me off track a bit. I didn't gain any weight but I didn't lose any either. This week my plan is to lose 1 lb. and to workout 5 times. I hope this thread can help keep me accountable :)
